Samsung Note 8.0

I picked up the Galaxy Note 8.0 last week.

Although I was disappointed that this was the Wi-Fi only 16GB model and not the HSPA+ model with which you can use as a full cell phone, I have been quite pleased with the Note 8.0 so far.

There are some great features like the dedicated pen, headphone, and dock screens that appear automatically when either removing the S-pen, plugging in headphones or using a dock (is one available yet?).

This is more than another home screen, the dock icons also change in these modes.

I did also get a 64GB MicroSDXC card which adds up to 80GB for $469, compared to $529 for a 64GB iPad mini.
